Bug info on iPac

You and I talked about this last week.  Here's the scoop.  iPac 2.0 bugs 
are being reported directly into the beta team for faster resolution. Many 
are smaller, fixable issues that can be resolved in iPac 2.01.  Bugs 
causing headaches for Support or with workarounds are reported in the two 
documents on this page: http://www.epixtech.com/support/ipac/sas/tech/

Going forward, Support has determined that they will record bugs in the 
Resolution database (OK, the name is not quite right!) so they can be 
searched and categorized.  This seems to be the direction rather than 
trying to retrieve them from the Development StarTeam environment where 
the notes are often...cryptic...and the workarounds non-existent.  I will 
warn you in advance that there is a searching problem in the category 
headings at the moment that IS is working on.

So you won't find any of the iPac bugs there, although 20+ have been 
entered/cleared by Support.
