No subject

The xsl templates use trees which contain the data from horizon. I can't =
find any program that extracts the data from horizon and creates a tree =
or xml document. If I am to display such things as whether notices are =
emailed or posted I need access to this program as it does not, at =
present, extract that information.

We allow our users to change their method of getting notices, but =
provide lots of incentives for email access.
