    Hi everyone, thanks for myriad iPac tips which I have picked up over
the past few months, but I wonder if you can help me with something that
MUST be very easy but I can't see it -=20
   I have been looking half heartedly for ages: where do you determine
the elements that appear in the Full Bib column?  I would like to add
series to it, but can't seem to stumble across the right place!
