[ipac] Implementing P3P privacy policy statements on HIP Server

 Good afternoon,
         Has anyone implemented the p3p privacy policy statements on their 
HIP server?  Here at the USGS, we are required to implement.  It involves 
creating 2 xml files: p3p-policy.xml (Which explains what types of 
information you collect) & p3p.xml   (which explains which parts of your 
web site collect which types of information).
      I'm not sure  where on the HIP server to put the  wc3\p3p-policy.xml 
file &  p3p.xml files.

        Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
