[ipac] z39.50 search of my HIP/Horizon

Hmm, thanks for the information, that's unfortunate. In particular, I 
really want to expose serials coverage/holding information which is 
currently not exposed by the z server at all.

Since I'm doing this for client software I myself am going to be 
writing, I guess the alternative is to do a z39.50 search, get the 
bib#s, and then use the &GetXML trick to get the XML for a bib record, 
which will have the info I need (Albeit in a _ridiculous_ XML format, as 
anyone who's ever tried to work with it has discovered).
