[ipac] Limits in HIP

Ok, I knew I was forgetting to include something when I sent out that
email last night. Here's some more specific information:

We're running HIP 3.08 (with the latest patch) against Horizon 7.34.

When I do a General Keyword search for "SQL Server" without limits, I
get 27 hits total: 15 are at the WPL location and 12 are at the
FRCC location.
When I do a General Keyword search for "SQL Server" and limit to
include BOTH the WPL and FRCC locations, I get 0 hits. However, if
I do the General Keyword search for "SQL Server" and limit to just
ONE of the two locations, I get the correct number of hits.

So, if it is ANDing the two limits together (and I have hits in BOTH
locations), why wouldn't I get 27 hits like I do when choose not to
limit??? You can try it in our catalog at:
http://catalog.westminster.lib.co.us
Power searching is listed under the "Search the catalog" tab.

I checked Beth's catalog (did an advanced search on windows, since
nothing came up at all with SQL server) and I can choose two
different locations at the same time and get results. So, I do think
something is wrong with our catalog, but I haven't a clue what.
