[ipac] mass indexer errors?

My HIP indexes have become corrupt, as they do from time to time. I have 
a procedure for rebuilding the indexes with the mass indexer when this 
happens. It's always worked before. But this time the mass indexer won't 
run, producing the following errors I've never seen before. I have of 
course filed an SD LogExpress, but I usually get better advice from you 
guys, wondering if anyone has ever seen anything like this before.
