[ipac] Updating Location changes

I just went through that mystery myself too.  Wonder if the answer is in 
the archives of this list, because I probably asked (I always ask :) ).  
Eventually I found the relevant HIP screens. I'm afraid I can't remember 
what they are; I can never remember what any screens in HIP are, every 
time I need to re-discover it.
