[ipac] HIP, Linux and RH 5

An update for everyone, we have successfully loaded HIP 3.09 on a Linux
Server, Red Hat 5, 64 bit.   SD assisted in the beginning, however most
of the migration we did in-house.   We have been live now for 2 weeks
with no problems.  We haven't completely uncrossed our fingers yet, but,
things look good.
