[ipac] 856 tags in full bib

Hi all,
Sorry if I'm asking a question that's already been answered on here.
I've got our HIP tweaked to the point where it's relatively consistent -
functional links/redirects (to keyword searches) are in blue and
underlined, while non-linked text is in black. But I can't figure out
why and how the 856 tag URL links (which aren't using fixed elements)
appear the way they do. They're the default HTML link blue, and in a
larger font size.
Initially, I was thinking that formatting was determined by the XML in
fullnonmarcbib.xsl and the corresponding CSS. For non-fixed elements,
"link/func" uses $css_small_anchor (10pt, underlined, blue or purple),
as does "link/url". Everything else is $css_normal_black_font1 (10pt,
not underlined unless you're hovering over a link, black). If 856 tags
were following these instructions, they'd look like everything else,
right?
According to the HIP manual, when you set up an 856 tag element in a
display, you set the element type as HTML and you put the formatting
information in the MARC map. So if I want to change the formatting, I
go into the Horizon marc_map (ipac856)? Where would I put font color
and size info?
Thanks,
Natasha
