[ipac] HIP 3.0x and IE AutoComplete

This past week we moved from HIP 4.13 to 3.09--a godsend, since HIP 4.13 was crashing on a daily basis. I would urge any library still on HIP 4 to migrate as soon as they can arrange to do so.

Now we have patrons asking why Firefox's Save Password seems to work OK with HIP 3.09 so that they don't have to enter their barcode each time on their home PCs; but IE7's AutoComplete does not seem to recognize the HIP 3.09 My account login page as a form. Has anyone gotten that to work in IE? [and yes...we realize that storing logins is not a good practice, but it is a feature that many patrons want to use on their own machines despite the risks.]
