[ipac] Address Correction Through iPac

Annette,

            Because of the bug with the acr I created an avr block and
periodically run a script to change acr to avr. We'd just rather have the
block pop up on the patron screen so we can verify any change requested.

Hello, 

More of our patrons are using HIP to notify us of address correction.  I am
seeing more acr blocks in Horizon.  It has always bothered me that the
patron cannot submit their new address or phone number when they use the
request change button under the Profile tab in My Account.  Does anyone have
a way of collecting this information? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
