[ipac] HIP Use Count statistics

I know our AquaBrowser our HIP and database stats shoot way up, so why not
other things?

Well, this is just a goofy guess, but...

As we have more and more electronic material, and our libraries are
"googled", is it not possible that the browse counts, or at least the ISBN
counts, are being more frequently accessed via electronic links than by
patrons standing in line to use the workstations?
