[ipac] [HORIZON-L] electronic manual for HIP?

On the new Sirsi site, there is a HIP 3.0 System Admin manual (one for Horizon, one for Dynix).  It
is located under Products - HIP/Ipac - Documentation - Manuals.
 
I can't find the HIP41 manuals on the new site.  I don't see them listed anywhere.  I have them saved
on my computer like the HIP41 User's Guide and the HIP41 Advanced Customization Guide.

Was I totally... hallucinating... or did someone recently mention on one of the lists that they had the electronic version of the HIP manual?
 
I am trying to figure out what, if anything, the manual says about fixed elements.  There's nothing in the index of my paper manual...
