[M&L] Meeting Invitation - Monday, June 9

The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art Library is happy to host the next
meeting of the Museum-Libraries TBLC SIG on Monday, June 9.  Those wishing
to see the Cą d'Zan should arrive at 9am.  The general meeting will begin at
10am in the conference room on the third floor of the Art Museum.  Please
come to the Security Entrance on the LEFT (south) side of the main Art
Museum, where we will gather to walk over to the Cą d'Zan.  Those arriving
at 10am should also come to this Security Entrance.  Parking is available on
this left side of the Museum.  Lunch will be served at 12 in the Meeting
Room.

Tentative agenda items will include grant opportunities and archives.  I
have invited some Ringling staff members to attend the meeting, including
Paula Parrish, our Grants Writer and Special Projects Manager, Joanna Weber,
Curator of Exhibitions, Deborah Walk, Curator of the Circus and Historical
Records, and a staff member from our Education Department.  I am hoping our
Director, Dr. John Wetenhall and our Deputy Director for Collections and
Programs, Dr. Aaron De Groft, can also meet our group.

We will also have the opportunity to tour our new exhibition, Sacred
Treasures:  Early Italian Paintings from Southern Collections.
