Specific components of the agreement include the provision of museum studies and library science student interns to assist with archival management and the creation of exhibits (tangible and online) as well as the cooperative enhancement of each institutions' individual services and programs. I am happy to provide more information to those who are interested. Registrar, Ringling Museum, Secretary and Webmaster Our first initiative will be to make contact with all FLA members interested in MACHI. If you are working on a cooperative project with a museum or library, please let us know! Please send a message to FLAM so we can see what everyone is doing!! The board is going to submit a proposal to the Florida Association of Museums to have a session at their annual conference in Miami in September. The general topic will be conducting information research in the 21st century and will include art and science. Frank Luca, the director of the Wolfsonian Library, is also interested in participating. We would like to submit a proposal to FLA for its 2009 annual conference.
