[php4lib] Happy New Year and Welcome to PHP4LIB

Welcome to PHP4LIB!  Would anyone like to begin the new year by talking about
what you use PHP to do in your library?

I myself work for a library consortium.  We use PHP to provide a standard footer
on our web pages, and also to create a search engine of member libraries.  A
patron has recently asked about having a reader-reviews feature, like
Amazon.com's customer reviews, and I wonder if it mightn't be possible to do so
with SQL and PHP...  now if only I could find the time to implement it!
