Hello,
See the message below...
Could you make a early afternoon meeting on Friday 3/4?
Please let me know so I can reserve a meeting room soon.
Happy Holidays!
Nancy
Hi Nancy,
Since you mentioned that you're
flexible on the dates--let me throw this out and see what you think. Our
group (the Tampa Area Romance authors) has a meeting on Saturday, March 5th.
My friend, Alesia Holliday, who writes both adult and young adult fiction,
would most likely drive down from Jacksonville to come to this meeting. Is
there any way we could schedule your group's meeting in the early afternoon
of Friday the 4th so she could combine the two events? If not, I would be
happy to see if other authors in the area are interested in coming. You had
just mentioned an interest in both adult and young adult writers, and
Alesia's the only one of our group published in both. Of course, we have
tons of expertise in other areas. We have USA Today and New York Times
best-sellers, authors with movie deals (me!!), authors who write comedy,
historical fiction, suspense, inspirational, erotica, etc., etc.
;
Also, could you let me know approximately how many librarians you would
expect to attend the meeting?
Thank you!
