Subject: [sunline_news] Horizon Demos

I have arranged for Scott McCausland, our sales rep, to be here May 8 & 9 to
demonstrate the Horizon/Sunrise software.  All demos will take place at the
Largo Library.  I know that library staff are very busy, so I arranged the
following schedule so staff from various departments may attend only the
sessions that interest them. May 9 will be a repeat of May 8, so you can
select either day to attend.
Please make sure that as many staff as possible from each department attend
their session. This is a wonderful opportunity to see Horizon/Sunrise in
action and to ask your questions before we make the big move.

May 8 - Largo Library Large Conference Room
9:00 - 10:00 Pac
10:15 - 11:45 Circ & Easy Ask
1:15 - 2:15 Cat
2:30 - 5:00 ACQ & Serials

May 9 - Largo Library AM Large Conference Room, PM - Small conference Room
9:00 - 10:00 Cat
10:15 - 11:30 Serials & ACQ (Note this session will not be as in depth as on
May 8th.  Serial & ACQ staff should plan to attend the May 8th session if at
all possible).
12:45 - 2:45 Pac, Circ & Easy Ask
