Positions Open - Sarasota County Library System

 

Manager, Libraries

This is a high-level professional position with responsibilities that
include planning, budgeting, directing and supervising the operation of
a branch library. The manager is responsible for the continuing
development of library services and resources; for coaching, mentoring
and supervising staff; for developing and maintaining community
partners, including the Friends of the Library; and for meeting the
objectives of the Library System.

 

Librarian, Outreach/Hispanic Services

This is a professional librarian position providing public information
and outreach services; including, but not limited to developing,
promoting and coordinating programs and services for the local community
at large, with an emphasis on the Hispanic and Spanish-speaking
community.

 

Sarasota County Government is committed to wellness and successful
