Hi Judy!

WOOPS! There it is! :-)

Glad you noticed this previously-missed change! I am glad that it has been
brought to the attention of the list, in case anyone else is still changing=
 the
subfield v's to x's. Now you will save yourself a few keystrokes by leaving
them as is! There was quite a bit of discussion about this on AUTOCAT which
you can probably extract from the archives -- it seems like this was around=
 1
1/2 yrs ago or so ago. (I'm at home with my TheraFlu today, so I don't have
the date at hand -- if someone can send in the date of the adoption of this
change, that might be helpful.)

Subfield v is to used for genre terms. I'll send you the http for the OCLC=
 Bib
Formats and Description Manual plus the excerpts out of it which explains=
 the
difference between subfield v and subfield x.

Hope this helps! Save those keystrokes! :-)

Julie

In My Life (Lennon/McCartney) lyrics=20

There are places I'll remember
All my life though some have changed
Some forever not for better
Some have gone and some remain
All these places have their moments
With lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I've loved them all.
