Elizabeth,
As you said yourself, the only difference between that CD and another CD is
the production place. The CD-R was recorded and produced in-house. I see no
reason to record that information specially. It plays on the same equipment
as commercially produced CDs. To mention it specifically would be the same
as cataloging a locally produced video tape (like from a teleconference)
differently than a commercially produced video. Treat the CD-R like any
other CD.
