As of 8/31/05, this is what I heard from Gail Wanner when I asked her
this very same question:

"FYI, we are nearing general availability for URSA 4.1, which fixes many
of the issues found in URSA 4.0.  North Bay has been helping us test it
but Ken, Peter and I have done the majority of the in-house testing on
it and we've caught a bunch of things that will make it much easier for
our customers to use the new version of URSA."
