Hi Annette,

Thanks from me too for the update on the 4.0 testing.

One big surprise was that you are using NCIP with III Millennium.  They 
have been saying all along that they will not set up III as an NCIP 
responder which means we cannot send them any URSA messages.  Are you 
sure your connections to Millennium are NCIP and not telnet?  It would 
be great news if the NCIP part is correct.
