[VIPcommittee] minutes from 10-19 and next VIP meeting

Hi everyone,
 
Minutes from the Oct. 19 meeting are attached.  Also attached is the
revised grid.
 
Our next meeting is Friday, Nov. 16 from 2:00-3:30 at the SPC EpiCenter.
Please think about a theme; we need to decide at this next meeting.
