My only question - when is Memorial Day weekend that year? Otherwise, I
think it would be fine, we have just traditionally tried to stay away

Beth,

At our last meeting, the Planning Committee selected May 21, 2010 as
their preferred  meeting date.  I have been  notified that date was not
available after all (I am not sure how the confusion came about).  May
28, 2010 is available so I have reserved that date.
