My only question - when is Memorial Day weekend that year? Otherwise, I think it would be fine, we have just traditionally tried to stay away from that weekend. Thanks.

At our last meeting, the Planning Committee selected May 21, 2010 as their preferred  meeting date.  I have been  notified that date was not available after all (I am not sure how the confusion came about).  May 28, 2010 is available so I have reserved that date.
