Subject: [VIPcommittee] 2010 VIP Workshop date issue

Hello Everyone,

We need to discuss the date issue for the 2010 VIP Workshop.

Our original choice of date was May 21, 2010.  The EpiCenter location is not available on this day.  The following Friday, May 28th date is the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday.

Are we comfortable with having the VIP on the 28th?  Do we want to move back into May or go into June?

Marcia-can you give us some additional Friday options in May and June that the facility could be available?

Also, on another topic, if you are receiving this message because you are on our VIP Committee mailing list but you are no longer on this committee I would be happy to unsubscribe you from the list.  Just let me know!
