[VIPcommittee] Meeting Friday? and news

Hello VIP Committee, 

 

It seems like it's been a LONG time since our last meeting.  Much has
happened!

 

TBLC received notification from the State Library that our Continuing
Education grant request that included funds for the VIP @ your Desktop
project was funded with some reductions.  We have $5,000 to use for the
VIP project!  Hooray.

 

It's now time to begin planning the 2010 VIP Workshop.  We have a
meeting scheduled for this Friday at 2pm at EpiCenter.  Do we want to
begin our planning process then?  Can you all attend?

 

I thought I should do a quick poll of the group to be sure that this
Friday still works for everyone since it has been quite some time since
we set this date/time.  Please email me asap to let me know if you can
attend or if this Friday is no longer good for you.  If we need to
regroup, I think a September meeting would be a good place to start.  If
we go that route, I can email everyone with a link to a Doodle
(www.doodle.com <http://www.doodle.com/>  if you haven't used it before)
poll and we can find a good day.
