[VIPcommittee] Meeting issue

Everyone, 

I have only gotten this response from Jane, but I think her suggestion
is the best option for us to take now. 

We will cancel the VIP planning committee meeting we had scheduled for
this afternoon.  I will send you all a link to a Doodle next week to
reschedule it.

I would say we need to re-schedule.

Paula wasn't available at the last one, and we missed her great
suggestions.

I think Beth is a key player in these meetings.

Hello everyone

I woke up so sick this morning and will not be able to attend the
meeting this afternoon.

Paula also emailed this week and said that she could not attend.

Would the group prefer to hold the meeting without the two of us or to
reschedule?  If the group chooses to meet I can email the agenda items
to everyone. If the group chooses to reschedule I can do a Doodle to
find a new meeting time.

Please, if you could respond as soon as possible this morning so we can
make a choice and move forward.
