About the presenters

This workshop is co-presented by Christie Koontz, Florida State
University and Andrea LaRochelle, University of South Florida.

Dr. Koontz is a faculty member at FSU. Her academic training and work
life are in communications, including journalism, advertising, and
marketing. Her Ph.D. is from the School of Information Studies at FSU.

Andrea LaRochelle, M.Ed., M.A., is the Communications and Marketing
Officer at the School of Library and Information Science at USF. Her
background includes teaching, marketing, broadcasting and reference
librarianship.
