SWFLN has opened up its conference, TechLearn2009

TechLearn2009 <http://techlearn2009.pbwiki.com/FrontPage>  aims to help
you learn about technology in all its forms. In addition to a technology
focus, there will be sessions helping you explore new on ideas on
learning & challenging old ideas on how we learn. TechLearn's end goal
is to encourage you towards your own continuous learning effort. What
does that mean? What are reasons?  Can learning be professional and
personal and enjoyable at the same time?
