This tutorial and its two companion courses (Understanding Budgets and
Financial Management) will take the mystique out of budgeting and put
you in control of the budget.

Objectives:

By completing this course, you will learn about:

and capital) 
*	Forecasting and analysis 
*	Budget preparation and presentation 
*	Public hearings and budget adoption 
*	The budget cycle 
*	Budget revision (cuts and increases) 
*	The revision process
